The Temple is established in 1991 in Baghlingampally, Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. It started with a simple small temple at a Neem tree, with a laminated picture of Shri Sai Baba. Within 8 years, it was renovated to a beautiful three-storeyed Shrine. The ground floor remained with the same laminated image of Baba, with improved surroundings. Above this floor, a huge idol with marble was carved out and endowed.

Baghlingampally Sai Baba Trust ensures that every aspect in the temple is taken care of. Offerings of prayers, aartis on a daily basis, with utmost devotion are performed. There is Serenity and Tranquility maintained at all times in the temple, offering the devotees peace of mind. It is trusted by most of the devotees that whoever visits this temple and prays to the Lord Shree Sai, they get good results and showers of Lord’s blessings. Hence, it is not just the locals, but people from different places visit this temple and obtain their wish fulfilled.
